Vehicle technology from Bateck BV specializes in, among other things, its own brand with various semi-trailers and trailers in the weight class between 750 and 48,000 kg. Think of center axle trailers, turntable trailers and semi low loaders. But body work is also possible. 

Vehicle engineering working process

Bateck BV distinguishes itself through its customer-specific approach. Each project starts with an extensive discussion with the customer in which all specific wishes are discussed and together we search for an ideal vehicle. All wishes are then worked out in 3D so that you as a customer see exactly what you are buying. If things are added or changed during this phase, that is of course possible.

After approval of the drawing, all parts such as laser cutting, typesetting, plasma cutting and other steel work are set in motion. After the chassis has been welded together, it is hot-dip galvanized, painted or powder coated, depending on the application or your wishes. As a result, you are assured of a sustainably preserved end product. The whole is then assembled.

Vehicle technology inspection

We ourselves have the knowledge and skills to prepare vehicles according to the standards of RDW or TÜV. After a technical final inspection, the vehicle is, if necessary, inspected by the RDW or TÜV.
